It's a 6-hour in-person or Zoom course, also known as Driver Improvement, designed to teach drivers about safe driving attitudes and behaviors. The course can be taken for ticket dismissal, fine and point reduction, points removal, insurance discounts, license reinstatement or personal education. 1. Ticket Dismissal:
