  • 16- and 17-year-olds: Must take a DDS-approved 30-hour course and complete 6 hours of driving lessons prior to scheduling an on-site road test.
  • 18-year-olds: You do NOT need to take the 30-hour course and complete driving lessons prior to scheduling an on-site road test.
  • Georgia Learner’s permit is required to take the road test.
